Location is very convenient to UF and having breakfast provided in the morning was also a plus!

"When coming back to Gainsville I will find another hotel to stay at, unless changes are made."

Kitchenette in the room and cleaning staff was very courteous.

No one monitoring pool when after hours. Noise!!!!! Kids and Adults being loud and rude. No one at front desk after 6, no bell to ring or no one to answer phone when calling front desk. Breakfast was horrible. Our first day we had to wait for it to open and finally opened way past 7 am. Breakfast staff rude. Nothing for lactose intolerance people to use for cereal. Food was cold. Bacon had way too much grease on it.

Hot breakfast was definitely a plus! Make your own breakfast sandwiches and waffles were a hit for the kiddos. Plenty of space in the rooms for the kids and the TV had everything they needed. Pool was clean and no one else was out there so they had it all to themselves. Also always love the app capabilities with online check in/out and digital key.

The staff forgot it was a holiday and shut the breakfast down early. However, they did reopen it quickly, apologized for the error, and extended the breakfast time to accommodate anyone who may have missed out. The food came out hot and fresh and was just as great all of the other days.
