Beach side family rest and holiday

I liked everything about this house. It was spacious, very clean and tidy. Huge kitchen, lovely little garden. The owner kept things in his house considering kids as well, like kids plates and spoons. So I can say it's kids friendly too.The toilets were clean and we didn't have to buy any soap, hand wash or toilet roll, everything was provided and kept there for use. Had a dedicated parking space. It was very close to the sea and the tourist attractions. Many of the tourist places were within 30 mins drive.

I liked everything here.

Clean tidy and great location 30 Min walk to pier

All what you need, just haven’t seen washing machine. As we stayed just one night that wasn’t problem for us but for bookings for long periods that can be challenging.

Everything was good. When driving in parking be careful as there are curb or ramp and the bottom of the cars is scraped/ scratched even for Ford Galaxy

Check in was slightly early for 10am would have been good at 11 but everything else was amazing

Some minor repairs that needed doing, however the landlord was really proactive and had warned me in advance which helped a lot Some aspects of cleaning could have had more attention to detail

The property was spacious and in a great position close to Llandudno front. We stayed as a group of 8, 4 adults and 4 children and there was plenty of room for us all without feeling like we were under each others feet. There was bread and biscuits left which was a lovely touch and also the kids liked the box of teddies and games. Would definitely consider returning for a longer duration next time.

Our only issue with the property was the lack of shower in the main bathroom, meaning we had 8 people sharing the one shower in the en-suite, which makes getting ready time consuming and limits bedroom privacy.

The house is nice and new. We liked the location, the host gave good detailed instructions and was very responsive. We were in a group of nine, and the house had sufficient bathrooms and kitchen space for us all. We had a great stay
