"Sea and city view"

The rooms are spacious, the beds are extremely comfortable, and the view of the city is perfect, even a few minutes' walk away. A garage is also available, which is a rarity. it also has a sauna.

"Home away from home in Split."

Location has great view of old town and was in easy walking distance of harbor, palace, local outside market and stores selling food and other necessities. It also was beautifully decorated/furnished, clean, with and seemingly newly refurbished. All the comforts of home were found here which made us as comfortable as could be.

We had no issues. Loved our stay.

This was the best place we stayed during our 3 week trip with our family of 5. Brilliantly located, with amazing views. Spacious modern apartment with a very well equipped kitchen. The terrace/enclosed balcony was excellent for enjoying a drink while watching all that was happening. The host communication was brilliant and he had cousins come and help lift our suitcases to the top floor. They also went out of their way to provide a list of information with links on where to go and what to do. They also provided a private garage right outside the apartment for our hire car.

It’s on the 5th floor with no lift but the stairs are worth it for the excellent apartment and views.. We took the approach it was a good work out and made up for all our eating and drinking!

The location of the apartment is good in the city center. Easy to reach Private parking The furniture is new and the kitchen equipped with everything you need with good quality Alot of tools and detergent to clean the sauna is a nice addition. The beds are so comfortable a large screen TV.

Flat is in 5th floor and there is no elevator
