Few spider web in the bathroom only. This is likely due to the season.

A compact studio accommodation in a residential area. A great alternative to a hotel for business travellers or those who prefer their own space. [NB I had my own transport].

It was a bit smaller than I anticipated and there isn't a TV. I'd stay again for 1-2 nights, but probably not for an entire week.
