Luxury flat with amazing view INES

The stay is incredible. Location perfect. 10 min walk to old town and 5 min to the town beach. We actually went to the opposite site and swam in small places where you could walk in. The views are breathtaking. It's very quiet. The owner was very friendly and always answered my question, if I bothered. Perfect place! Loved it!!! ❤️

The only thing we didn't like, there is always a problem to park the car. The street is packed with cars. And from 9:00 o'clock traffic jams till the evening.

The location of this apartment was 10/10 including the amazing view from the balcony - a must have is sitting out on a sunny afternoon. The facilities had everything you could need including little extras like washing up liquid. Hairdryer, iron (no ironing board though), plenty of towels, a compact but excellently equipped kitchen all included. The manager, Ratko, was extremely hospitable and always at the end of the phone if needed. Would happily stay again. Perfect walking distance to the Old Town and plenty of restaurants and cafes without being too busy.

We didn't use upstairs as there were just the 2 of us but it had a low ceiling as mentioned and was quite hot. The bathroom was on the compact side and as mentioned it was like a wet room but took a while to drain.

The location is superb. The flat is on the seafront in a quiet neighbourhood. The Old Town is close-by, a pleasant 10 minutes stroll along the sea. Supermarket is around the corner. Amazing views from the balcony. The host Ratko is very friendly and helpful.

There is a "wet room" style shower there but the bathroom is quite small and the water was everywhere on the floor after showering. We used the mop all the time to dry the floor. I wish it had a coffee machine or coffee press.

Modern, cozy apartment with great view in quiet area of Kotor. Great location with restaurants, groceries and swimming pier just outside of the apartment, but still short ~10minute walk from old town.

Second bedroom upstairs has really low ceiling and isn't really suitable for anything else than sleeping.

Everything was perfect: location, equipment, contact with the owner.

Very small boiler. It's only for two people. The third one will be waiting. Free parking - is public parking. Be careful:) Your slot is not guaranteed. The master bedroom is ok. The second bedroom is not ok. It is a semi-second floor. It is ok for children and semi - ok for adults, but it could be veryvery hot. Use air conditioning in the upper position for cooling the roof.

The property was excellent, directly on the front waterline, a beautiful view during our stay.

There’s was confusion about a ‘residence tax ‘ payment which we hadn’t heard of before we made the booking. However, our host Ratko arranged this : €21 for 3 persons. Maybe this is something booking.com can make clear on a page before booking?

The location of the apartment is fantastic. Being on the outside of Kotor old town, this apartment is in a quiet local area facing the lovely promenade. It is a relaxing and enjoyable 10-15 min walk to the centre of Kotor Old Town. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable and great value for money. Ratko is a great host, sharing lots of local knowledge and recommendations. He also collected us from and dropped us off at the airport which was really helpful, as well as offering to help us with anything during our stay. We would certainly recommend this apartment to any friends/family visiting Montenagro in the future. Thank you Ratko!
