"Terrible service, poor hosting, didn’t do what he said"

Nothing, host didn’t leave keys, and had beers so couldn’t get them to us at the accommodation Agreed to refund money….. still waiting

Nothing to like. As above, host didn’t leave keys and went to the pub to watch football so couldn’t drive and get keys to us. Agreed a refund but still awaiting

"A comfortable and well-kept flat with good heating, but be prepared for stairs and a shared entrance."

The flat is spacious and very well organised. Everything was clean and tidy, and the heaters worked really well, which made the stay very comfortable.

There are quite a lot of stairs, which can be inconvenient. Also, the entrance is shared and divided by another door, which may feel a bit unusual.
