The location, and the host was amazing

Unfortunately I think the specific room is not worthy of the property. The ceilings are extremely low, I hit my head against the doorway multiple times. The room has no privacy, as everyone at the swimming pool directly looks into your windows, hence you need to shut all the shutters which just makes the room feel like a dark cave with no headroom, almost claustrophobic. Unfortunately the wifi was giving problems most of the time that I was there so couldnt really work/watch anything either. The mould in the shower is a little off-putting.

Zimmer ist sehr sehr dunkel. Und wenn man alle Fenster aufmacht, können alle Gäste am Pool hineinschauen. Das Wasser ist gelb und die Spülung hat nicht so gut funktioniert.

Everything, it was a perfect stay from the beginning to the end everything in between.

There were a few wasp nests right in the window frame. The bed was not the most comfortable.

I absolutely loved how quiet and secluded it was! Beautiful surrounding, and modern apartment! The perfect romantic getaway! Jenna and team were very accommodating on all requests and moved mountains to supply. Will absolutely be back!

The ONLY change I would make, is to add a carpet or mat inside at the front door and by the bed. That's it!

The pictures of inside the lower ground floor unit do not reflect the darkness we experienced, even with the shutters wide open and the lights on during day time. There was a large gap under the side front door that allowed dust and leaf litter into the kitchen. People using the pool area have a view at eye level into the the rooms through the four white shutters shown in the pool picture. The ceiling height is low, so 1.8m and taller people have to duck going through doorways. bathroom ceiling needs cleaning which the Owner has addressed. People staying above our unit were noisy and the moving of furniture kept us awake. The process for gaining entry to the estate needs more structure given we had just arrived from overseas and our phone was not connected to a local telephone service provider. We could not find a keypad on the outside of the property so we drove in behind another car. Went to the main car park and called out, no one present. Spoke to a garden at the bottom of the hill only to be told madam is in Natal. Finally made contact and got back on track - rather disconcerting.
