五樓的景觀房

1. 第一次和飯店櫃檯預約早上5:00的計程車要去市區的熱氣球集合點，櫃檯人員預約成5:30，讓我們差點錯過熱氣球的集合時間；第二次要去機場，一樣和飯店櫃檯預約早上5:00的車，並且因為有四個行李箱，所以是預約較貴的大型車，但司機遲到半小時，5:30才抵達飯店門口，飯店櫃檯人員處理的態度相當消極，最後我們與飯店經理經理聯繫，希望能針對這件事情提供相應的補償，很明顯飯店經理也沒有想要處理這件事情，處理態度非常消極且將責任推託至租車公司。 2. 為了山景才選擇該飯店住五個晚上，在七個月前就已經預訂，並強調希望能安排好的景觀房，但讓我們失望的是竟然只安排在3樓，反應希望能安排5樓，卻被剛進來的員工無情拒絕！兩天後我們再找另一個員工反應才被安排至5樓。 3. 捲筒衛生紙給的非常小卷，只有正常尺寸的三分之一；兩個女生用只能撐半天就用罄，因為紙質非常差，非常不耐用！

Sehr zuvorkommendes Personal in einem schönen Hotel. Bei gutem Wetter hat man eine ganz fantastische Sicht auf die Berge vom Zimmer aus. Wir waren von diesem Ausblick so begeistert, dass wir das Abendessen auf's Zimmer bestellt haben.
