El tamaño y la decoración de la habitación, la comodidad de la cama, el ropero, smart tv, baño grande con ducha y bañera… muy buen hotel la verdad, muy cerca del Thamel pero a la vez muy tranquilo, me gusto mucho

Lovely place except for some shabby staff at the restaurant . Need to train them on equal customer service for everybody. Had some Nepali friends visiting to see me and could see that the idiotic restaurant staff would treat them differently as to the Europeans. When asked to get warm soup they reply byvsayingvits warm we have just made it after serving after almost 50 mins.

Hotel Thrive offers a comfortable stay with good facilities, a nicely designed room, and one of the best showers I’ve experienced ,definitely a highlight after a long day.

However, the overall experience was unfortunately let down by the service. The staff felt unfriendly, responses were slow, and there seemed to be a lack of attentiveness and genuine hospitality. It’s a pity, as better service would have made a significant difference to an otherwise pleasant stay. In addition, the breakfast was quite disappointing, with limited options and below average quality.
