No TV not a deal breaker for Me but my husband wanted to watch

Rio Rancho is stunning and surpassed our expectations. It felt very private despite being part of the host’s home who were appropriately helpful and friendly. It’s a beautiful location and exceptional if you love hiking and wildlife. It is extremely well kitted out and offers a great experience. We loved every moment.

The home’s setting is lovely and the owners are outgoing. The outdoor area is comfortable and peaceful due to the water sounds and the landscaping. Rio Rancho Verde is a wonderful place to rest your mind. As it is a ranch, there were a number of people who were staying there with their horses. Everyone we met was welcoming and very enjoyable to socialize with.

Liked everything about the place. Beautiful, quiet, private, clean, spacious, everything was there that we could have needed

The only thing we didn’t like is we couldn’t have stayed longer.

The location in the desert was beautiful! It was so peaceful and quiet. The space was so clean and beautifully decorated. The horses are an added bonus! The hosts were really responsive and so sweet. We would love to stay again.

The only thing was how remote it was but the host is very clear about that. There is no food really close so be sure to bring snacks and food because it is a drive but sooo worth it!

Wondrous location with the Tonto National Forest at our doorstep and close proximity to the Mcdowell Sonoran Preserve with vast and varied hiking trails. Sunrises (from window and patio) were spectacular and stargazing amazing given adherence to the county’s “Dark Sky Ordinance.” While the ranch is located just north of Scottsdale city limits, the ambience is a world apart. The hostess was always available via text or in person. She provided excellent suggestions on hiking and dining in the area, even inviting us to join an on-site Pizza Friday with others staying on the property. An optional breakfast (extra $) was a welcomed touch vice dining out or preparing our own meals in the well-equipped outdoor/patio kitchen. We chose to stay at a “ranch/horse-boarding facility,” not because we have horses, but rather, we wanted a unique and exclusive experience offering peace, quiet, and beauty. Rio Rancho Verde offers just that!

The property location and environment is exceptionally beautiful - quiet, serene, and absolutely lovely. We enjoyed the privacy afforded by the location, and the amount of space was just right. The directions to the property were clear, the hosts were very communicative and responsive. Would recommend to anybody who wishes to stay in an exceptionally beautiful and clean property.
