Whats We Loved
Our stay at Casa Luca was truly exceptional, earning a well-deserved 5 out of 5 stars! The landlord’s warm and prompt communication made us feel instantly welcome, with every interaction being friendly and effortless. The check-in process, using a key box, was seamless and convenient. The apartment’s location is ideal: a quick ten-minute walk to the town center and a supermarket just five minutes away on foot, where we could easily purchase candles to ward off mosquitoes in September. Parking was always available right outside the door, and the lockable gate added a comforting sense of security. The apartment was spotlessly clean and cozily furnished, with a fantastic kitchen equipped with an air fryer, sandwich maker, espresso maker, capsule coffee machine, gas stove, microwave, and a fridge with a freezer. The large dining table for six was perfect for shared meals, and the clean beds, ample toilet paper, and well-functioning air conditioning on both floors ensured maximum comfort. A TV with Netflix and reliable Wi-Fi kept us entertained. Outdoors, we enjoyed the well-maintained terrace with a dining table and chairs, a small garden with sun loungers, and a first-floor balcony with a bench and table for two. Beach chairs and a parasol were thoughtfully provided for beach trips. The landlord’s attentiveness shone through when they promptly provided dish towels and an iron upon request, making the experience even more personal.

What Could Be Improved
Minor issues, such as an ant trail in the guest bathroom and a few ants in the kitchen area, or the slightly noisy water fixtures, were negligible and didn’t impact our enjoyment. The dish towels, initially missing, were quickly supplied by the landlord. The waste separation and pickup process could be explained more clearly, perhaps with a note about the nearby recycling center, though it was manageable with some initiative and helpful guidance from the landlord via WhatsApp. As a small suggestion for future guests, including bed linens as standard and providing two bottles of water upon arrival would be a lovely touch to enhance the already outstanding experience.

Ein sehr schönes und gemütliches Haus, das Zentrum ist sehr gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Supermärkte und eine kleines Café sind gleich in der Nähe.
