Excepcional. Nos han tratado como en casa. Nada más llegar nos trajeron unos racimos de lichis recién cogidos del árbol. El sitio es un remanso de paz, los ratos en la piscina, aunque no es muy grande, super relajantes después de un día de calor extremo. El desayuno básico pero bien. Las habitaciones son grandes y limpias, las camas cómodas. El aire acondicionado funciona perfectamente. Tienen bicis gratis, muy útiles para recorrer los alrededores. Alquilamos allí unas motos para recorrer la zona. Tuvimos un pequeño accidente y nos ayudaron acercándose donde estábamos para solucionarlo. No podemos estar más agradecidos.

Ce Homestay est juste parfait! L'emplacement est idéal pour se balader dans la région de Tam coc, de plus les vélos sont prêtés gratuitement par l'établissement. Le véritable point positif est que les propriétaires sont adorables. Ils sont aux petits soins et conseillent sur les activités à faire aux alentours. Nous avons même pu récupérer notre chambre à 7h du matin en arrivant avec le bus et nous avons pu laisser nos affaires le dernier jour en partant. La piscine est également très agréable. Bref c'est l'endroit idéal pour un séjour réussi !

I loved the location, nice and quiet in the farm area, the hosts were so kind and caring, the room was very comfortable.

The food was oily, especially the pancakes.

I loved, was exactly what I was looking for. Clean, good food, the family is super supportive and friendly. Was one of the best place I stead. The vibe and pool was amazing. 😍✨

Such a good location close to all the attractions of ninh binh. We rented a scooter from them one day to get to some further attractions which was easy and cheap. For the close attractions they gave us bicycles for free. Beds comfortable , air con great. They even upgraded us free of charge as it was quite season. Food delicious for breakfast we had the Vietnamese noodle soup. The best part about the place was the friendly staff. They are very kind they didn’t speak English but used google translate to help us with transport / tourism advice. Would highly recommend this place.

Loved the pool area

absolutely loved everything about it. i loved the quietness of the property - away from the noise of the city/crowds. it rlly give you a sense of what the local life is like. it was centrally located and u can bike everywhere. there are restaurants nearby so don’t worry about getting food late at night. the view was amazing as well. i had the garden view and it was equally amazing. on one of the days during my stay, i could see the sunset from one window and full moon at the other window. their breakfast were absolutely amazing too! very very generous and helpful people. despite the language barrier, we could understand each other using google translate.
