The staff are nice

There are a lot of people in the room and I can't sleep because of the bugs and insects. I spent the worst 3 nights in my career as a world traveler. People inside the room were talking 24 hours a day with the sounds of phones. The workers were kind and changed my bed and sterilized the place, but the bugs remained, so I changed the hostel to another hostel.

Nothing

Unhygienic as the rooms were not clean. Bedbugs and fleas everywhere. Lots of people were unwell, coughing incessantly in a very full room. When checking out they made us wait if we wanted a refund but did not say what for so we eventually just left.

Price and late check in after a long flight. Close to the airport.

Bathroom dirty and small. Size of the dorm is too short (I'm 180cm). AC runs on schedule only. Main lights on till late (controlled from the desk only). Charging fees to keep the luggage on site for like 6h. Quite far from city, close to the Airport though. No space for stuff, all on the floor around. Electric sockets don't work properly. No towel provided. Poor english communication.
