Buono il caffè, ottima frutta, brioches non proprio fresche, latte non trovato. Buone le forniture nel bagno La signora Marisa è gentilissima. La posizione permette di raggiungere a piedi molti luoghi interessanti della città

Appena aperta la porta abbiamo percepito un acre odore di muffa. L'appartamento era molto umido. E' stato impossibile usare l'armadio per i vestiti a causa dell'odore e della presenza di macchie di muffa. Sarebbe meglio scrivere chiaramente sull'annuncio che non sono presenti finestre

The warm treatment of Marisa (the host) made our stay very pleasant

The host was very responsive, and self check-in was a breeze. The flat is spacious enough, with good internet speed and a well-equipped kitchen stocked with everything needed to prepare breakfast. It's nicely decorated and modern.

I didn’t realise it was a cellar flat with no windows (aside from a small one in the door) and low ceilings until I received a message from the host. There was no natural light and only forced ventilation. Fortunately, I had only booked it for one night before an early flight, but it really should be made very clear in the listing that there are no windows.

Mrs. Marisa is a wonderful host. She is very friendly and helpful. She answered all questions quickly. It is a very cozy and comfortable accommodation, it is in a great location close to the center, in a quiet and peaceful area. The apartment has absolutely everything you need and more. It will remain in our memory.

The apartment is in an excellent location, right in the heart of Cagliari. It’s close to the city center and the University of Cagliari. The area is completely safe, even at night, and because the apartment is not on a main road, it’s very quiet in the evenings. Within a 10-minute walk, you’ll find plenty of restaurants and bars. The apartment itself was spotless, and Marisa provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay—including fresh fruit and cold water on arrival. The air conditioning works very well, and the home is equipped with high-quality amenities. Marisa is a fantastic host—always available to answer questions or offer help. I highly recommend this place if you’re looking to stay in the city center!

The accommodation is new and located in the historical centre of Cagliari. However, it should be noted that it is situated in the basement without a window. The owner is kind and helpful.
