The size of the accommodation was great and the facilities too. There was everything to enable a good self-catering experience. Location was quiet too. Staff were very welcoming and polite.

The entertainment such as Netflix was not very stable (regularly cutting off after a certain period due to 'no internet') but appeared to be resolved towards the end of our stay. The location wasn't within easy walking distance of shops.

The host was very helpful - assisted with taxi services to get around the city. The property is impeccably maintained.

The property is well looked after, and fitted with all the amenities you will need for a very comfortable stay.

The inclusive breakfast is mainly cereal but you have a complete kitchen to make your own breakfast.

The host and the housekeeping staff are great. They are attentive to needs and happy to help. The apartment had virtually all that is needed to make your stay comfortable. Good security, serene environment, constant electricity and adequate heating/cooling as required. It was thoughtful that they left indoor games and light snacks/water to get you going.

The mattress is quite hard and the internet was unsteady sometimes - more a fault of the internet providers, than the host. It initially had a stale smell, especially when the air conditioning is turned off. After I mentioned this to the housekeeping lady, I noticed it smelled notably better.
