Sehr freundlicher Gastgeber. Katze im Haus. Mitbenutzung der Küche erlaubt. WLAN. Unkomplizierter Check In und Check Out. Der Versuch, trotz Renovierungsstau irgendwie für Sauberkeit zu sorgen, war zumindest erkennbar.

Bett quietscht bei jeder Bewegung. Kein TV.

I stayed here for 4 days and had an excellent experience. The place is very comfortable, clean, and quiet, with everything we needed provided. The cooking facilities were really convenient and made the stay even better. The location is also great – close to shops and a bus stop, so getting around was very easy. A special mention goes to our host, Samuel, who was amazing. He explained everything clearly, treated us really well, and provided great service throughout our stay. And of course, his lovely cat Nala was a wonderful bonus – she made the place feel even more homely. Overall, this is a fantastic place to stay with great facilities, a welcoming host (and cat!), and a perfect location. Highly recommended!

Samuel is one of the friendliest and most welcoming hosts I’ve stayed with (and Nala 🐈, the true star of the house!). The property has a cosy, homely feel (almost like an Airbnb). The room looks even better than the photos (likely thanks to a new paint job and updated layout) and everything was clean and well-kept. There is free WiFi! The room is perfect for a solo traveller, with reliable hot water, and the added bonus of having your own keys for both the house and your room. The house is just a short walk from a bus stop with direct connections to the city centre (Bus 111). For the price, it’s excellent value and I quite enjoyed my stay.

The location in Rusholme is pretty much what you’d expect, and the bed was a little squeaky, but still comfortable overall. For the price, there’s really nothing to complain about!

The host was great, really friendly, made sure I had everything I needed and because I'm in the area house hunting he gave me some good advice about Manchester. The room was a small single but had everything I needed, comfy bed, a small table and a mirror to get ready in the morning. There was also a very friendly cat who came to welcome me to my room.

Il letto era largo, una piazza e mezza. La finestra si poteva aprire, c'era un armadio con 5 scompartimenti e un tavolino molto comodo. Anche una lampada accanto al letto. Doccia e bagno erano top. Anche la cucina. Il soggiorno è comodissimo, con grandi divani e un grande tavolo.

Ottimo per viaggiatori singoli, portatevi dei sacchetti per il cestino che in camera manca. E poi un piccolo ventilatore USB così da avere un pochettino di ricambio di aria se avete caldo.
