We booked the room and when we reached the hotel at 10 pm they said that our booked room has been given to some other people without any intimation which is the worst service and pathetic experience. Family went for performing last rites for the mother and this experience was worst. I don't think this hotel should be listed on Booking.com any more.

Unprofessionalism. Unhygienic, Common Elevator used for Kitchen goods & Guests, Poor Linen, Untrained staff [though polite], Noisy corridors.
