"Good"

When I got to the reception at the check in time, a man named Lee was eating lunch and he told me to come back 30 minutes later. When I came back, he was smoking a cigarette outside of the reception. Then he gave me the key to the studio but the key didn’t work so I had to come back downstairs. When I told him the key didn’t work, he told me that he forgot to activate it. The receptionist is really unprofessional and my friend was staying in the building in a different studio to me and he told me that Lee did the same thing with his key. I am from India, I think this is why he did this to me. This man is very toxic so be careful when you check in. If he does anything to you, make sure you report him to because he should not be working with guests

"Good value for money, but wouldn’t stay again."
