PTGBnot far from shop and train station, out of my expectation for extra sauce, cooking oil and condiment in kitchen, also the cooking utensils are very good condition.
The sofa bed is too and uncomfortable, I can't sleep well for 2 nights
GBLocation. Quiet, but very close to town centre and watford junction underground which will link you to central london within a hour. The owners obviously love this property because it does show - lots of little perks like cooking oil, spices, sugar, tea and coffee all things that you dont really want to go and buy for a short trip. Towels are FLUFFY, like clouds. I dont know how they do it but they're lovely and kitchen cooking appliances, pots & pans and utensils are brand new and excellent quality.
I am spoilt, I live in a quiet village in Cornwall and there is nothing like your own bed. So, the only negative was personal preference really. The bed and sofa bed were not comfy for us. There was a couple of little things that I have spoken to the property owners directly about. I didnt like that i had to give a £250 refundable deposit, i did reach out to the owners about this and they gave their reasons, I feel £250 is too much for such a short stay but I should've read the rules before booking. however the title of this box asks what I didnt like, so I've been honest.
DEIt was wonderful!! We loved being there! Great little kitchen and the bedroom was perfect!! It was very clean and tidy.

GBThe surroundings were not good. Nothing to like about this place.
I booked the place for 3 weeks and no cleaning service was provided, Host later deducted an additional amount from the refundable deposit. Further do not fall into their trap by reserving it through their own website KZ stays. First, they will call you and try to give you discounts to cancel the booking from Bookings.com. Most people may not get their refundable deposit once it is booked through their own website. I didn't want to cancel the booking.com reservation but anyway, they go ahead and deducted from my refundable deposit by claiming various things.
GBEasy process for check-in and very nice and clean! everything we needed was provided and when we had a query, we were promptly replied to! very comfortable place and very nice shower with amazing water pressure!!
