Sehr schöner Meerblick, gute Ausstattung, ziemlich gross und nette Besitzerin. Im Allgemeinen ist es sehr gemütlich und angenehm mit guter Lage.

Sauberkeit lässt leider sehr zu wünschen übrig. Dazu gibts noch ein Paar kleinere Mängel wie: Parkplatz ist eigentlich vorhanden, aber nur mit Glück hat man auch einen Platz sonst muss man weit laufen. Die Eingangstreppe ist etwas steil, also für ältere Personen vielleicht nicht sehr geeignet. Der untere Stock ist sehr schön aber für Menschen über 1.95 nicht geeignet, da zu tief, auch oben beim Schlafzimmer sehr tief. Unter der Wohnung hat es Einwohner mit Hunden, welche leider sehr oft gebellt haben und sie rauchen in der Wohnung.
