The grounds was fabulous and beautifully kept. It was calming and private. My husband went fishing while I relaxed and read a book.

I wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy the fire pit and charcoal grill that we didn't have time to do because we were busy exploring the area. Enjoying the fishing.

The B&B claimed to have a great, wonderful home cooked breakfast but only after I booked and paid did I learn that on a weekday I would only get a simple continental breakfast. The room advertised a patio and claimed 350 sq feet, neither true. The road the house is on according to GPS is now closed and took a lot of driving around to find the house. When I expressed my concerns the owner real nasty and promised a nasty review of me, but offered a refund via check which I took happy to leave fast.

We had a very quiet and relaxing stay overnight while we spend two days hiking at Ricketts Glen State Park.

No fault of the owners, but cell service in the whole region is hit or miss, making GPS hard to use. Also no surprise, but finding a good meal on a Sunday evening was a challenge. We ultimately really lucked out at an excellent hotel/restaurant about 15 miles away.

The photos did not do this property justice. The surroundings were fantastic. The accommodations were great. Loved it.

Continental breakfast was a little limited in selection.

Very clean room with all necessary amenities. Tasty breakfast. Beautiful, serene, and well maintained territory with a pond. Hospitable and friendly hosts.

The home is beautiful, very clean and beautiful view in the backyard of the pond and flowers. We saw so many birds including hummingbirds and woodpeckers in the backyard. Nice fire pit and plenty of places to just sit and relax. The hosts were very nice and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and there was a lot of food to choose from. We loved the resident cat, very friendly and the chickens. There was a small refrigerator with soda and water and they had snacks available. Close to Ricketts Glen State Park. We'll definitely be back.

I would have liked a bigger TV, it was a little hard to see from sitting on the bed.

The breakfast available on weekdays was all high sugar sweetened cereals and snack bars. For individuals with diabetes or issues with blood sugar, it is important to bring your own breakfast. The weekend breakfast was excellent.

Traveling with a pet, we were very glad for the rural setting with a path to walk around a pond, an essentially separate entrance for guest rooms, and the excellent supply of complimentary coffee/chips and use of utensils for carryout foot.
