Cosy apartment near a river Rijeka

Delusione totale. Struttura ingannevole e in una zona degradata Attenzione: non è assolutamente adatta a famiglie o a chi cerca un minimo di comfort e sicurezza. Siamo rimasti profondamente delusi da questa struttura. Le foto pubblicate online non corrispondono affatto alla realtà. L’appartamento si trova in un edificio fatiscente, circondato da lavori stradali, auto abbandonate e locali murati o con finestre coperte da stracci. Una situazione che trasmette un senso di insicurezza. L’accesso alla strada è reso difficile dai lavori in corso e dall’accumulo di veicoli in disuso, creando un contesto di forte degrado. L’ingresso alla casa avviene tramite un vicolo angusto, occupato da stendini, rifiuti e accessi a locali interrati. All’interno, pur essendo stato ristrutturato, l’appartamento presenta forti criticità: la camera da letto è completamente cieca (senza finestre) e il bagno ha una doccia aperta davanti al WC, senza alcuna divisione. Abbiamo deciso di non soggiornare e abbiamo chiesto il rimborso, che però ci è stato negato. Sconsigliamo vivamente questa struttura. È inaccettabile che venga ancora proposta su piattaforme affidabili.

Uredan, prostran, mirisan stan. Kada smo ušli prvo što mi se svidjelo je miris, zatim i stil uređenja stana. Minimalistički sa prekrasnim detaljima. Po prvi put da sam na bookingu došla u stan koji je lijepši uživo nego na slikama.

Road works and access to property was a bit tricky

The place itself was nice and we had a good stay. The beds were comfortable and it was nicely furnished with a well equipped kitchen. The apartment was located really conveniently as it was only a short walk away from some gorgeous beaches and the city centre. The host was really responsive and helpful to any questions we had throughout our stay.

There was an ant problem, especially in the kitchen and while the bathroom was nice the shower wouldn’t get hot during our stay and the sink wouldn’t drain properly. The apartment itself is in a bit of an industrial area with a lot of abondened buildings nearby, so did not necessarily feel the safest at night.
