Facility is not maintained well before renting. A/C is not cooling at all specially during summer time. The bathroom has leaking from different points. The kitchen is not well equipped. Moreover, the building is not quiet. Neighbors are very annoying and disturbing while it was mentioned restrictly that not to make any parties or make any noise. Moreover, internet service type was one of the worst in area. Conclusion is this facility must be reevaluated before continuing in Booking.com Thanks
