The host met us at the gate and gave us a warm welcoming, taking her time to talk us through all of the facilities and how to use them and offering availability at any time for any questions or requests.

"Dirty, smelly hot tub"

The host is talkative, responds really quickly.

This place isnt as clean as it should be. Bed is old, there are bedsheets which are smaller than the bed, so you can see how dirty the mattress is. Hot tub was smelly and dirty. Disgusting! When I tell the host about it she didnt respond - her communicativeness ends, when you have a problem. If you wanna use the hot tub, you need to fill and drain it 3 times and clean it yourself of course. Water isnt warm and flows really slowly. One infusion of the spa takes more than an hour. I HIGHLY DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE

"Don't go for the jet tub"

The beds were comfortable.

We found roaches in our room and on the stairs. We couldn't get the faucet to work, so we filled the tub with the hand-held sprayer, but when we turned on the jets, it smelled like sulfer really badly. This was a disappointment since this is why we chose this room. The bathroom is tiny. The door hits the toilet, and the other half is the tub against both walls. My recommendation is if you want a cheap price, then decide if you want to risk it, but don't go for the jet tub. You'll be disappointed.

"The positive thing is that the hotel is near the bus station so you can have access to the old town and in supermarkets."

The host is so talkative and helpful and that’s amazing. everything to be honest not everything but some things we need, we get it after the communication with the host. the room was good but not as good as it seems in the pictures.

The room was not clean. The spa was so dirty and we were not able to use it from the first day. When we started the spa the smell in the bathroom was so bad. Furthermore they did not provide us with shampoo and in an Airbnb or in a hotel this is necessary. And of course when we asked about it, we never get it 🥲. The bed had a blanket but is not actually for a double bed.
