Harbour House - Donnini Apartments

Absolutely loved my stay at Harbour House! It has been completely refurbished and everything has been done to perfection. The brand new kitchen is stunning and the bathroom is beautiful - both are full of modern touches and great quality finishes. The attention to detail is impressive. On top of that the location and views make the stay even more special and I can’t wait to book again for my next trip to Ayr to see family. A huge thank you to the Donnini team for providing such a fantastic stay! Highly recommend.

The location.

The flat was filthy, not hovered in any room. There was public hair in the bath. The carpets had paint stains and an iron mark on the living room carpet. The sofa had stains on it that looked like sperms. The dinning room tables leg was loose and had to put paper under it in order to balance it . I contacted the companies office and they said that it had supposed to have had thorough clean before . The kitchen pans also had food stains also . I said that myself and partner would clean the flat as we arrived on the 23rd of December and asked for some compensation. They said that they would review that after Christmas and get back to us. No contact as of yet . The company that owns the property. Need to have a look at these comments and take ownership. As this is a poor business model and the bed is so uncomfortable as they have supplied to very cheap single mattresses.
