Nagyon jó választás volt ez a mesés szálloda! Jo szívvel ajánlom, ha igényes helyet keres egy igazán pazar környezetben.A szálloda minden részletében egyedülálló! Medence kapcsolatos szobám volt, ami egyszerűen elképesztően csodálatos volt! A személyzet kimagaslóan kedves. Hálás köszönet, hogy megtapasztalhattam a Sofitel életérzést! Nagyon finom volt a reggeli is, a kínálat minden igényt kielégített! Friss alapanyagok, meleg és hideg ételek.Frissen facsart italok, rengeteg gyümölcs,remek kávé! Pazar! A fákon kedves mókusok szaladgáltak, némi potya falat reményében bátran közel merészkedtek és elvették a felkínált finomságokat a vendégek nagy örömére.

Nem tudok ilyet megemlíteni! Hibátlan volt minden!

Spacious room, spacious bed, nice pool area. Very friendly staff. Seems great for families.

No public seating area outside your room or pool unless you paid. The main buffet dining wasn’t air conditioned. The food was so disappointingly less than average. So bland and tasteless. Avoid the laundry service. So overpriced. 1,400,000 IDR (70 USD) for a load of laundry was a scam. Ants in the room. Torn bedsheet. Stained towels. Underwhelming dining experiences at other restaurants. Cacunia was so boring and plain. Avoid their pizzas. We had much better experience when we dined at Westin than Sofitel.

A szolgáltatás masszázs árai ,a helyi viszonyokhoz képest magasak voltak. A parton a tengervíz által sok szemét gyűlik össze, amit gyakrabban kellene eltakarítani. A tengerpart ,a homok tisztaságára nagyobb figyelmet kellene fordítani.

Šis hotelis buvo geras 2017 metais ,dabar naudojasi tik sukurtu geru įvaiždžiu ...maistas prastas ,gėrimai už nesamoningą papildomą kainą...nors buvome užsisake viskas iskaičiuota.

"Beautiful place and beautiful people."

Beautiful property with amazing pool, lovely staff, good food, and right by the beach. Within an easy day trip to Ubud which is a must. Great boat trip to snorkel in the Indian Ocean.

Nothing. Occasionally some things can get lost in translation re food service but only very minor and the staff are so nice and will always do what they can to help.
