The room size was good

The room was not clean When you walk in the floor you feel like there is dust There is a problem with the electric so we try to fix with plaster My room was 2108 The breakfast was with little options only olives and murtdella and 1 type of cheese ,with bugs flying every where so we go out again outside the hotel

The location, size of the apartment, underground parking,

1- I made a request during my reservation for a baby crib and an additional bed and they have accepted, I asked when I arrived for it and it took them 6 hrs to provide them! after talking to them about 4-5 times and going down to the reception myself!! waiting till 10pm was very annoying! 2- the room housekeeping was very poor and strange! they remove the used towels but don't replace them! first day I had two towels in my bathroom, 2nd day only one...third day NONE!!! 3- the breakfast area was extremely disappointing! very small and crowded!! we ended up going for outside restaurants for breakfast!! 4- the toilet seat was oddly small!! my "thing" was continuously hitting the seat!!! this is a very serious hygiene issue!!!!! imagine every dude and his ''thing'' hitting the seat!!!! the toilet room itself was big, so I really wonder why they decided to place a tiny seat!! those are the major ones, no need to mention any minor things...

The reception team was wonderful and friendly, even upgrading us to a larger room. The bellboys were incredibly respectful and treated us like friends. Both teams fully deserve 5 stars! Hats off to the Lebanese manager and Jordanian chef for their outstanding hospitality! However, the food options were limited and repetitive.

Very slow response and poor cleaning quality. We complained about multiple issues several times with no proper resolution. Additionally, the towels and linens had a bad odor due to poor storage. We were locked out of our room for an hour because the door battery died. We thank them for eventually fixing it, but it was clear they were unprepared for such emergencies.
