For bookings with check-in dates from January 1- July 1 and September 1 - December 31, this property can only accept students. After completing your booking, you will be required to submit a Student ID, Letter of Enrollment, and/or Acceptance Letter, along with basic information for verification via the guest portal. Failure to provide valid student documentation may result in cancellation in line with the cancellation policy. For bookings with check-in dates between July 1- August 31, non-student guests can also be accommodated. A standard government-issued ID will be required for verification purposes. Please note that this property is a student accommodations designed primarily for students. Non-student guests are only accepted during the summer period (July 1 - August 31). If you are unsure about your eligibility or booking dates, please contact the property in advance to confirm availability before reserving. Guests under the age of 18 cannot be accommodated due to building planning permissions. If you arrive with any guest under 18, the property will be unable to complete the check-in and the booking may be canceled in line with policy. All photos, floor plans, and descriptions are provided for illustrative purposes only. The allocated unit may vary slightly depending on its position within the building. Guests are required to complete all requested verification and eligibility checks within the specified timeframe. If a guest remains unresponsive or required vetting cannot be completed at least 2 days prior to check-in, the reservation cannot be accommodated.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A deposit may be required at the property.
