Nothing except parking was free

Tub Dripped all night you can literally hear the Pipes through the wall when the ac came off & on … my wife requested new mattress pads they claimed they didn’t have them which means they never changed them… & the staff didn’t speak English so it was hard to communicate to tell them what we needed

Location, comfortability, parking, and access to nearby restaurants and shopping centers.

The bathroom needed a deep cleaning. Visible mold was in the air vents and the sink had visible debris in the bowl and overflow drain. Floor needed to be mopped. Bathroom was a little smaller than other rooms I'd been in.

The room was clean and check in was fast.

Pool rules and regulations are not followed and it is extremely unsafe for children. There are to be 30 people max in the pool area at a time, when my family and I attempted to enjoy the pool 3 times it was packed full with the same crowd of over 30 people. I filed two complaints with the front desk and nothing was done. What I gathered was they don’t care as long as they have people flowing through. Yes, it seems to be tailored to families. BUT you’ll also have people shouting and yelling in the common areas until 11pm-12am which you can hear from your room.
