Dracarys 1 Condo Stay with pool balcony & kitchen

I booked late evening and on the same day and I received a check in instruction right away from the Host. Its a self check in included in the instruction was a code so check in was so smooth.

I was not able to extend as the unit is not already available upon check out date. Nevertheless its fine I understand the policy but should have booked 2 days instead.

The bed was comfy and the apartment was nice. There was a gym and a pool that could be used but for an extra fee.

There was lots of large bugs in the apartment which was pretty unsettling. Also there was nowhere to store luggage. We ended up having to pay for an extra night just for our bags because the host refused to show any flexibility.

Have stayed here before, still a very good experience. A few minor issues with electronic door lock, and light fixture, but they were quickly resolved by attentive host.

With a microwave oven, this place would be 10.2/10 !

It was close to the airport , good location and the host was easy to contact on WhatsApp and responded fast.

Nothing, it was perfect for what we needed. A place to stay a few days before travelling to a wedding.

The room was great! Clean. Good WiFi. Prompt host. All the things I needed to adjust to travel, run errands, catch up with work, and new time zone for 2-3 days before adventuring.

The building itself is dingy. I would not call this a sea view room. Yea, you can see a tiny tiny sliver of water that is the ocean as you overlook a massive industrial area.

I like that the host is very helpful and can easily be contacted if you some problem. and there is now 7eleven at the condo compound.

a bit far from the cebu city but a lot of grab and taxi around the area.
