Это апартаменты. Просто физическое лицо. Сначала вас не пропускают на охране. До неё тяжело дозвониться. Также договорились сделать check out в 08:00. Списались в what's app, опоздала на 30 минут! Плохой опыт. Не рекомендую!

The property was very nice even more than what I expected. Very clean, to top it up it was very classy

I stayed at the place two weeks ago already and they are still yet to return my deposit , they are ignoring my messages asking them to pay it back , they keep postponing it from one day to the other.

We were in contact with CJ, and the check-in process was seamless. He showed us around the facilities and area and even showed us the access passage to the mall. The place itself is really great, perfect location, beautiful views, quiet, and very safe. Really comfortable bed and modern appliances and decor. The VVIP treatment was on point, especially thanks to CJ’s professionalism and friendliness. Even after the check out mishap.

The check-out experience wasn’t very VVIP. I went to the mall for some last-minute shopping, and when I got back (still before my check-out time), the cleaning ladies were already inside the apartment. For a moment, I thought I was in the wrong place! They handed me my things while the other ladies just sat on the couch with folded arms. Luckily, I had packed most of my stuff before leaving, because I didn’t even get the chance to check if anything was missing or pack up my food properly. It felt quite unwelcoming, to be honest.... so yah😅😂

The property is definitely Luxury beautiful.

only problem is management don’t know how to communicate also you can’t move anything not even the flowers you need to be very scared to touch something to much rules it make you feel uncomfortable being there besides the amazing pool. The house keeper Lisa is very helpful also she makes sure to explain to you in detail what you can do and what not to do like I say it’s beautiful but personally won’t book there again maybe try booking with the hotel personally so that you feel more like you on holiday and so that you can enjoy it more.

Location is great. Walking distance to the mall. Finishings are high quality.
