Liked space, nicely decorated Peaceful location close to amenities

No running water in bathroom sinks Beds were uncomfortable

The location is easily accessible, the serenity of the place was comforting

It would have been ideal to offer WiFi connection. I felt disappointed. As a business person, it's good to be connected. Even though, they stated no WiFi availability, I didn't realise that until when checking in.

The toilet was dirty. This should have been cleaned before I checked in. There was no hot water. I struggled to have a good shower.

The manager was excellent. They had made a mistake with our booking but they gave us an upgrade for thier error.

The rooms weren’t cleaned properly, it seems they rushed to prepare the rooms before we came in

Poor services I am not impressed with your services My room’s water heater wasn’t working Mosquitoes everywhere No toiletries , management telling me providing toiletries was not part of their services,after paying such a huge amount ?? The management staff were rude We didn’t get value for our money.
