"Disappointing"

The place wasn’t clean and bugs crawling in beds. Sand and dirt in the upstairs floor. Washing machine not working properly and no water bottles provided.

"A nice property in a great, quiet location."

Great location near ferry stop. Short cab or bus ride from train station in Como. Balcony view of the lake. Good pasty and coffee shops within easy walking distance. Very quiet building and neighborhood.

Upper level could use a few more pieces of furniture. Kitchen could be better stocked with plates, glasses. Electrical supply is easily overloaded and tripped.
