Loved everything about this place! Location and view is amazing, the apartment was very comfortable and clean, heated swimming pool and parking were a real bonus, communication with the owner was excellent, we will definitely be returning! Salcombe is truly our happy place!

We have no complaints at all.

Wonderful location

The building was very warm, we found it too hot at night. The parking spaces are very tight when big cars fill the car park.

Great location and a lovely spacious apartment. Couldn't be more central and more or less worth the money alone to just sit on the large balcony and stare at the estuary, the boats and the wonderful East Portlemouth.

Now and again a bit creaky with footsteps in the apartment directly above but not protracted or particularly bothersome.
