We arrived around 7:00 pm, no staff at the desk, we waited for a long time, by the time he returned there was a line of people waiting to check in. He told us, he had gone to empty the trash. We understood that, however it was poor timing for him to leave the desk, as it was peak check in time on a Friday night.
