When never managed to get in the owner had double booked

You never managed to get in we paid and the owner had double booked, took ages to get our money back

Cancelled on us at very last minute, terrible service.

Having the ramp was a bonus for my elderly mother. Great location . Easy to contact the owner for any issues . It was clean and extra cleaning products and loo rolls

Unfortunately the shower door didn’t close properly. Shower did run cold and wasn’t good pressure when the tap was in use . No toaster & iron that was advertised. Not enough coat hangers and pillows

The location was quite good and close to the sea front and far from the city. The caravans are old but well maintained.

WiFi would be a great addition since mobile reception was not good. The Tele is working fine. But we couldn't see any channels available.

Caravan was in a fantastic space within the caravan site. Sea view and very close to the complex snd children's play park. Good space for parking. Caravan ramp was a huge help to get my elderly relative in and out the caravan. When we arrived there were towels, soap and toilet rolls available which was a huge help on arrival.

The only issue with the caravan was the shower door did not close properly and the water would suddenly go cold halfway through a shower, but apart from that everything was very good👍.

I really liked how spacious it was, and how comfortable we felt for our long stay.

We would've liked potentially having a little hoover (sorry if there's one already and we missed it!)!

Caravan was very clean and with everything you needed for your stay. 3 bedrooms so we felt very comfortable up there. Easy and quick contact with the owner. The location isn't perfect, but was easy to go to Edinburgh. Friendly staff in the park.
