Well equipped, comfortable and just what I was hoping for.
I disliked nothing. A suggestion would be that a fan would be a good idea as there is no air conditioning. I kept the blinds closed to avoid too much heat - ridiculous in early May, I know! August could be a problem, though.

"Brilliant location, close to beach and lovely walk into Brighton."

Prime location for our stay, not far to walk along the beach front into Brighton. Super clean and a lovely flat to stay in. There’s only residential permit parking but we rented a space from justpark.com for a very reasonable price albeit a bus ride away. The coffee provided was a lovely little bonus for us. The flat was just perfect for us and we’d definitely recommend it and stay there again ourselves.

The hose has thought of everything with nice detail as it had everything I needed. It was super clean and well maintained. Very cosy and just perfect. Location was ideal, so close to the sea.

Location is good and it is a quit area. We heard some other people moving in the house but it was never disturbing. The kitchen is well equipped and bathroom is good. Also the beds are comfortable. We would come back. There are both shops and various restaurants nearby.
