Spacious Comfy Room in Cozy Classy Duplex

An absolute lovely host and a perfectly equipped room. We couldn’t have asked for more.

The room exceeded our expectations. We thought we would have one king-size bed, however we had two large beds which was very comfortable. We also had our own coffee machine, refrigerator, private bathroom with all the amenities. The room was very clean. Located in a quiet residential area, easy transportation connection to Manhattan. We would come back again!

Room was beyond perfect, soooo cozy, nice , super clean , they even had snacks for me , coffee machine, fridge , microwave etc, I was surprised how great it was

This accommodation was excellent it had a home from home feeling. Clean, spacious & very peaceful. Both hosts were great I was made to feel very welcome & there was nothing to hard for them to do for me. I would definitely book & stay her again. I had an amazing time.

Nothing everything was perfect.

The host Cynthia went above and beyond with her hospitality, took the time to put food in the home because she knew I had a late flight coming in. When she learned that I had a disability, she made certain that I was comfortable and I had what I needed. Her homes were gorgeous and well maintained. I would definitely return to Cynthia's home, which was my home away from home. Thank you Cynthia for being so kind and wonderful. Thank you for allowing me to share your home. There was nothing that I did not like.

Clean and quiet but I didn’t have hot water for almost the entire day. They were notified around 7AM but they came to fix it about 4PM. I couldn’t take a shower, I couldn’t go out to take care of my business

We liked everything about our stay. The room was clean, orderly and comfortable. It was great to have an in-room, full-size refrigerator in the room, along with free bottled water and coffee. The hosts were so nice and very helpful, full of suggestions about things to do and how to get around NYC via bus and subway.

The location is a bit far from downtown Brooklyn and Manhattan but its proximity to a metro station resolves that issue for those who don't plan to do a lot of driving.

the lady, Cynthia, was very friendly and explained everything about New York. She took us in her car to the nearest subway station and bought the 7 days ticket from the vending machine. She told us all the numbers of the buses that go to the sights. An extraordinary holiday flat. Eugene from Germany
