The location is absolutely perfect - if I could rate it higher, I would! That view first thing in the morning, the serenity after the sun has set, it's glorious. It's well equipped, comfortable and really well located for Piran. Yes, the car parking is a little daunting, but after a couple of goes it's absolutely fine as long as you're not driving something massive. The steps from the parking space to the house, then from the house to the shore, have to be considered if you're traveling with small.children. But, our 1 and 5 year olds coped fine. Talking of whom, our kids were well considered with a cot and toys/books. One of the best holidays accommodations I've ever stayed in.

Our stay in this seaside house was absolutely wonderful. The view is simply breathtaking – overlooking the sea, Italy, and even the Alps in the distance. The house is located just above the beach, in a very beautifool and quiet area surrounded by green and nature, which makes it perfect for a relaxing getaway. A huge bonus was the free parking space. In Piran, I would easily spend around €30 per day on parking or a garage, so this was a big advantage. It only took me about 10 minutes to walk to Piran, either along the beautiful seaside path or via the upper path past the old town walls – both walks are truly scenic and enjoyable. There are also two nearby lakes that are lovely for a stroll. They are full of turtles (turtles everywhere!) and interesting bird species, which makes the area even more special. Piran itself offers many great restaurants and charming little shops. The house was clean, comfortable, and perfectly located for a peaceful stay by the sea. I would happily come back and highly recommend it.

A very comfortable stay in a breathtaking location. The views are amazing. Very clean and comfortable.

Access to the property isn't easy and I wouldn't recommend for anyone with mobility issues. We found it a little hard to get our suitcases down the steep path. Access to the water is possible but is along a very overgrown staircase - watch your step!

Breathaking view, silence, wathiching the dolphins. Absolutely gorgeus place.

There are steps to the apartment and to the beach - good to exercise😀.
