Много приятно местенце и съотношението цена- качество е в полза на качеството. Всичко необходимо е на разположение, сякаш си у дома. Наемодателите се отличават с изключителна емпатия и разбиране. Вярно, че е по-далече от центъра, но за хора с кола, пътуващи отдалеч тишината и спокойствието на района е първостепенна за пълноценна почивка при съчетаване на разходка в забързаното център и уюта на квартала.
