Good value, lovely clean room. Everything you need for a short stay.

A lot of door banging due to heavy fire doors and automatic closers but this was only at peak times. People leaving in the mornings and coming back to sleep. Was quiet after 11pm

The area was very quiet, we didn't have any neighbours or didn't know about them as we couldn't hear them!

We found the cleanliness of the room needed work. Bedside lamps were dusty, the shower still had hair from the previous occupant and was generally a bit tired. It was fine to put our head down for a night, but location was still a bit awkward for getting into town and family event in the outskirts of St Andrews.
