the apartment was conveniently located in the centre of Gothenburg. The apartment was comfortably warm and the bed was comfortable.

The hosts , SVEA apartments, were not timely and clear in their communication. I had trouble getting access to the complex, because the instructions for the access codes were not clear. I met one of the neighbours who mentioned to me that many previous guests had encountered difficulties in getting access to the apartments. Also, the WIFI code was not stated on the router whereas the hosts claimed it was. The apartment was not clean. There were hairs all over the floor especially in the bathroom. The oven was dirty and the kitchen was not fully equipped with all cutlery. Simple things like scissors were missing. Last, the booking.com website featured that there was a washing machine in the apartment which was not the case. Luckily, there was a washing machine in the basement of the complex. Overall, the hosts clearly have not understood the concept of hospitality and guest service. This property should be removed from booking.com to prevent future disappointing guest experiences.

It is a big apartment, with all the things needed for a stay in Gothenburg. It is very close to everything worthy seeing, including Haga.

I was on the third floor without a lift and with a suitcase weighting 23kg.
