Location is great, hence why we decided to stay here for a second time.

We had a great experience when we stayed here in August 2023, which is why we chose to return. Unfortunately, our recent visit was quite disappointing. The one positive was the friendly front desk staff, but beyond that, it was clear that the overall quality has declined. The breakfast was subpar, with some items not at their freshest. Our room was uncomfortably hot, with a malfunctioning AC, making it difficult to sleep, especially since opening the window wasn’t an option due to severe air pollution at night. Additionally, the bathrooms were not as clean as expected, and the hotel as a whole felt neglected. It’s disappointing to see such a drastic decline in just 18 months. Sadly, we won’t be returning on our next visit. My only guess is that the management team mist have changed for all of this to happen in such a short timeframe.

Location is great. Very speceous room. Had an awesome view.

Room was warm. Granted it is winter and outside temp was - 7 inside the room it was too warm even after closing the radiators. Cracked open a window but the noise came in and AC was not working.

No room service, The bed sheets are dirty, the workers are rude, and there is no service.

Second time here because I like that it’s new and designed modernly with efficient use of space within the room. Location is also safe with restaurants around, though not as many as the central square area. Front desk was much more cordial than the previous time I stayed there so great improvement.

The room was a little overheated and there wasn’t a way to adjust the settings, so I had to settle with opening the window to let some cold winter air in to circulate, otherwise it would have been pretty impossible to sleep.
