The communication was good and host was friendly. We ended up not staying so cannot comment further.

The neighbourhood, we didn’t feel safe. Too many steep stairs to get to apartment, especially if you have a lot of luggage. Bathroom was way smaller than illustrated on photo’s.

The property did not match the photos online. The stairs are very steep and quite high. The surrounding neighborhood felt unsafe. Additionally, the bathroom was extremely small and cramped, making it hard to use comfortably. We ended up not staying.

Not much to say, as we decide not to stay in the property

Cleanliness to be improved, facilities not suitable for a family, location good logistically but not the best neighborhood

Great location, close to center of Lisbon. To collect the keys was really easy. Fast communication with host.

Expect steep stairs to get into the appartement. This place was not suitable for 4 people for several nights since the second bedroom is also a living room. The living room had no storage space for two people staying there. The bathroom shower was tiny and slowly draining. House rules stated that we have to clean the dishes but they didn't provide any dish soap. There were a lot of mosquitoes since the windows didn't have window nets.
