USThe host did not give us check in instructions, ignored my messages and calls, so we were without a place to stay and 7 hours from home standing in the pouring rain with two small children at 8pm. Finally we gave up and they still haven’t responded to my calls or messages! We had to find another place to stay last minute and at a very expensive rate. Worst experience I’ve ever had at any booking site.
The host scammed us.

Parking for large vehicles is not ideal, surrounding area doesn’t feel completely safe. Bathroom floor was still dirty upon arrival with hair on the floor.

USThe property was very well maintained, clean and had everything we needed for our stay. If you need to stay close to NY but not in the noise and chaos, this is the perfect place. Private and secure parking. The owners were very attentive and any questions or concerns were answered in detail. Thank you for everything and definitely when I return this will be my place to stay with my family.

GBThe apartment was clean and spacious. There is a back door to the apartment which made loading and off load easier. The host gave clear instructions on checkout and it was easy to follow.
The other reviewed had mentioned before. The neighbours upstairs are noisy in the morning between 7am -9am. The noise does die down after 9am. The rest of the day and night doesn’t seem to be any problems. I had have a bad night sleep on the first night because the pillow is so hard, the host do have spare softer pillow in the cupboard which we found the next morning. After switching over the pillow made a big difference and we were able to sleep well.
