Lorenzo and his family are outstanding hosts and we enjoyed harbour life at it’s best from our floating house rooftop in beautiful Procida including nearby beach with crystal clear water, amazing walks through the historic old town as well as various restaurants with fantastic seafood dinners directly at the pulsating harbour front. Just lovely and we absolutely recommend this place. Great thanks to Lorenzo&Co for having us:)

A fost o experiență plăcută,interesanta,inedită!Locul este superb,răsăritul și apusul se vede spectaculos de la teresa căsuței!Legănatul căsuței te face sa te relaxezi și mai mult!!!Lorenzo(gazda)foarte drăguț, amabil și disponibil!Cu siguranță recomandabilă pentru cine vrea o experiență de neuitat la Procida!!!

"Séjour de rêve à Procida"

L'hébergement est situé dans le port, à 10 minutes à pied du ferry. C'est une fabuleuse expérience que d'y passer la nuit, bercés par le roulis. La terrasse offre une vue magnifique sur la mer d'un côté et sur Procida de l'autre. Nous sommes restés 2 nuits et nous avons passé un moment magique dans ce lieu. La salle d'eau est très simple avec une douche, un lavabo et un wc, le papier toilette doit être mis dans une poubelle, mais il y a un accès aux sanitaires du port qui sont très propres.

Rien, tout était parfait 🥰

"Beautiful sea view, nice place to stay. Unique experience."

Unique and pleasant experience. Clean and modern room with all the necessary stuff for a comfortable stay. There is no kitchen corner, but there is a small fridge, a coffee machine, and cutlery. It's worth mentioning that the sea has been calm throughout our stay. I have no idea how it feels if the sea is shaky. Thanks for the unforgettable experience!

Keep in mind that this is really a floating house. Therefore, you will experience a minor tossing, even when the sea is completely calm. Keep that in mind if you have sea sickness. Otherwise, you'll enjoy the stay.

Sognare di avere un yacht fermo nel porto

Lo scarico del wc è troppo rumoroso per cui Se i vicini di notte continuano ad andare in bagno farai fatica a dormire.
