Unfortunately, my experience was far below expectations. The cleanliness was unacceptable, with cockroaches present and a persistent bad smell throughout the building. Additionally, communication was poor and the noise levels made it very difficult to rest.
The room and common areas were filthy, and I encountered cockroaches during my stay. The entire building had an unpleasant odor, and communication from the staff was poor. On top of that, it was very noisy, making it hard to relax or sleep.

Not much of a view but I love Cape Town so enjoyed the view of the harbour and got used to the sound of the trains. Juliette was wonderful and kind - Security Sive was awesome great service.
A bit of chaos at the front desk on arrival. Utensils need urgent replacement.
