"Excellent value for money."

Ideal central location. Close to shops, bars and coast. Facilities were great for a short stay. Very clean.

We were walking the SW path and luggage could not be left at the premises.

"Perfect spot to stay in Newquay"

The apartment was amazingly decorated. The views were to die for. Bed was comfortable and biscuits delicious. I would stay in this flat again.

Some girl came up to me in a accusing manner when I was opening the front door. She didnt believe I was staying there and phoned Issy, the fact I had a case and bags with me gave away the fact that I was. She still gave a not impressed look. The walls are not soundproof, heard someone being sick next door and whenever the front door and flat doors open and close.

Check in was easy with a key code, view from our apartment was great! Local products a nice touch and appreciated

A bit sceptical with bins outside.... But wasn't a problem
