Appartement vraiment très très bien placé, appartement très lumineux, silencieux et bien arrangé.

La communication avec les hôtes est très difficile. J’ai dû passer par le service d’assistance aux clients de booking.com pour pouvoir avoir un retour à mes questions de la part du hébergement. C’était vraiment pénible. Amenez vos papiers toilettes… ils ont mis à notre disposition deux petits rouleaux très fins et la première journée c’était déjà fini (nous sommes restés 4 jours). Quand ils eu la dignité de répondre à l’un de mes messages, ils ont dit que c’était normal car ils prévoyaient que c’était que pour le début de séjour (nous étions 2. Si c’est une famille de 4, dans une demie journée le stock de papier toilette est fini…) Troisième étage sans ascenseur, donc un peu fatigant, mais ça se sait avant de réserver le logement.

"Great character apt in great location"

Location was great. Right by the Bolhao market and tram station

Pillows on bed need changing. Loft room was sweltering hot. Needs AC.
