Holly Tree Lodge with Sauna near Glenshee

Great stay for the whole family, a few things out dated - sky tv for one, the remote control was very unresponsive. The sauna didn’t work. Lack of board games, we had a lot of interactive games on our phones, quizzes etc but the Wi-Fi was quite poor to use them. We did have the best weather so all of the above didn’t matter throughout the day as we were outside & we brought a lot of things to keep us occupied, football, badminton, bbqs. The views were breathtaking. Beds very comfortable. Showers powerful & hot. We have had a great stay.

The layout and the size/space. The heating is set just right.

The people in the upstairs bedrooms said the beds were a little uncomfortable. Kitchen could do with a few more medium pots and pans, and baking trays.

The property is lovely, very spacious! Plenty towels etc and very clean! Brilliant that cot, highchair and kids plates etc are available.

Things needing updating - shower room was out of order and decking is starting to rot - one hole already at the side of the steps. No huge issues just not ideal when there with kids and people with poor mobility.

Loved everything The property would benefit from some updating but it didn’t affect our stay and it was still good value for a big property
